At HDRÈY LABORATORIES, we stand behind the efficacy of our formulations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the items are securely packed in their original glass packaging and include the printed Return Authorization form inside the box.

  Ship to Laboratory

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for secure transport back to our facility.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our specialists verify the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
